Our Mission
We are pleased to introduce Let’s and Rise, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting homeless women in their journey toward stability, independence, and self-sufficiency.
Our mission is to provide temporary housing solutions for women experiencing homelessness while also offering educational resources and programs designed to build their skills, confidence, and opportunities for the future. We believe that every woman deserves a safe place to live and the tools to create a better tomorrow for herself and her family.
Through our comprehensive approach—combining shelter, education, and empowerment—we strive to help women overcome immediate challenges and lay the foundation for lasting success.

Let's Rise and Shine is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The organization’s primary mission is to support and empower women across the United States by providing programs and services designed to promote stability, independence, and long-term self-sufficiency. Specifically, the organization allocates all net proceeds and resources toward:
- Assisting single mothers in achieving economic stability through access to financial support, job readiness programs, and life-skills training;
- Providing essential services to homeless women, including shelter assistance, food, clothing, and access to supportive resources;
- Supporting women involved in the correctional system by offering rehabilitation programs, reentry assistance, and educational opportunities aimed at successful reintegration into society; and
- Advancing women’s education and personal development through training programs, mentorship, and access to career and growth opportunities.
The organization operates exclusively for charitable purposes and does not distribute any portion of its net earnings to private individuals or shareholders. All funds are used to further its mission and expand its programs to reach underserved populations.
In pursuit of its long-term vision, the organization aims to foster a sustainable and equitable future in which women are empowered to live independently, contribute meaningfully to society, and achieve personal and professional success. While its current focus is within the United States, the organization intends to expand its charitable activities globally to support women worldwide.
